Why are orders delayed till April?

Illinois issued a statewide stay-at-home order aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19. As such, our office will remain closed until this order is lifted.


Can I still place an order from the HeysAmerica.com?

Yes, our website is still in operation and orders will be taken, just note that your order will not ship until the week of April 7th 2020, pending further updates. 

 

When will my order ship?

All orders placed after March 20, 2020 12:00PM Central Time are scheduled to ship out the week of April 7th 2020, pending further updates. 

 

 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please reach out to our customer service team at Shop.US@heys.com and please reference the order number you wish to cancel.

 

Will the Return period be extended since Heys is closed?

Yes, and we will be extending our return periods for all qualified orders and we will be processing returns once our office reopens.
